Phil Heyl's Yellow & White Motorcycle was stolen on Anthony Street in Alexandria Bay, NY on Saturady Night around 10:00 PM. I was told that the Abay Police saw the bike with two passengers wearing no helmets. When they turned around to follow the bike the Driver dumped the bike. The driver has not yet been caught, but a women passenger has been apprehended.
Mr. Heyl was sleeping at the time the bike was taken. The keys were in his bike and the bike was in his yard near his house. The bike was damaged to some degree. If you have any information please call the Abay PD.
