The manager of Alex Bay Napa, he was often heard singing the oldies while at work... quite badly of course..  but that never stopped him :) ..

I actually knew Norman my entire life and even worked with him for many years at my family's parts store.. I will miss all the goofing around we used to do there.. remote control fart machines.. wooden boxes with fake weasels that would jump out at you.. racing gas powered rc cars around the gas pumps.. bad jokes.. prank phone calls to the mechanic out back.. you name it.. we did it.. We also had this crazy cast of characters that would come hang out with us everyday generally arguing about who had the fastest sled and how 'so and so' blew up their engine the day before at Goose Bay.. Many of them are no longer with us, but I remember them all..

Anyway, I've come to tears many times trying to write this post up so I am just going to stop now and say...  "Norman, I will miss you my friend.."

Watch the video below from the ceremony today.. some of the boys got out Norm's old street racing sleds and the grandkids did a nice little burnout for him in his old Dodge Dart Convertible..
